Qualification:

Dip/Degree in Visual Communications / Graphic Design or equivalent

Overview:

Two sister companies (Print and Signage), sharing the same space are seeking an intern. You will gain unrivalled hands on experience in this role tackling all aspects of the project lifecycle from brief through to launch.

We have a vast array of experience in the field of signage and print for over 8 years, working with a variety of clients in numerous sectors and industries. We are at an exciting stage of our development and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for challenge and growth.

Who we need:

We are seeking a hands on person to play a key role in our design team! You will be a self motivated graphic designer with creative flair who among other things knows his sans from his serifs, eat, sleeps and breathes colour, likes negative space just as much as positive and among other things is an Illustrator and Photoshop ninja. This is an opportunity to gain real experience right across the print and signage design spectrum in an exciting growing company. Positive attitude, cop-on and a sense of humour won't go astray.

What you'll be doing:

? Creating briefs and design proposals

? Conceptualisation and design of products (signage, vehicle graphics, various print designs for the full gamut of print, small format, large format, POS, etc.)

? Social Media Marketing

How long:

We are only interested in those candidates that can give a commitment for at least 3 months ideally more. If you have what it takes it is possible that this role will become a full time salary based position.

Vehicle Wrapper

Adecco Recruitment are assisting our exclusive client in their search for an experienced Vehicle Wrapper. This is a varied and hands-on role, and requires dedication and creativity from the successful candidate. 

The Role:

Installation and preparation of signage and graphics on and off site. Assembly and installation of vehicle graphics from simple to full wraps.

The Candidate:

Trained and experienced in the application of 3M vehicle wrapping media or equivalent, (certificates may be required at interview stage.) Previous experience of working in the signage industry in a hands-on and creative role.

Attention to detail with good communication skills and must be reliable and hard working. Must have over 3 years experience applying vinyl graphics to cars, vans, shop fronts, buses, trucks etc. 

The ability to work to tight deadlines within a team and on their own initiative. A full clean driving license is essential, with a excellent knowledge of Dublin.

Salary:

Range ?24,000 - ?30,000 per annum depending on experience.


Sign Fitter

We are currently recruiting for an experienced sign fitter. Applicants should have high standards of work and be familiar with a variety of sign systems and installation options as well as vinyl application. 

The Role:

Installation and preparation of signage and graphics on and off site. Assembly and installation of vehicle graphics from simple to full wraps.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, able to work on own initiative, be flexible and a good team player, organised and able to deal with clients confidently on site. Must have over 3 years experience in the sign industry. A can do attitude a must. Full clean driving licence essential, C Licence a bonus, with excellent knowledge of Dublin

Salary:

Range ?24,000 - ?30,000 per annum depending on experience.

Internship - Sign Manufacturer

Description:

The intern will gain practical experience in creating and assembling and installing various types of signs. The Intern will receive formal/informal training in the following : vinyl lettering, printing and lamination, 3D letters, display manufacturing, safety. On completion the intern will have attained skills in assembly, sign print finishing, lamination, panel preparation, layout techniques, graphic installation.

Skills Requirements:

Candidate should have a general knowledge of basic tools (hand drill, screwdrivers, craft knifes etc). An Interest in Graphics, Art, Design would be a good starting point, but not essential. Please note the internship offered is in the area of production and not design, although design skills can also be learned as a result.
